Customer service is an art form. It requires flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to do whatever it takes to make a client happy. That’s what Account Manager Danielle Avellino excels at. Prior to her start at Expo Logic, Danielle gained extensive knowledge about customer service within an intense work environment. Danielle now brings a very refined skill set to her role at Expo Logic. Beginning in 2008, Danielle became a respected part of the Expo Logic staff. Since the day she started, she has eagerly infused her commitment to service into every aspect of her work.
The Charm of The Job
What Danielle enjoys most about her job is problem solving, helping customers, and building relationships. Those aspects, and the fact that no two days are ever the same. “What I like best about working at Expo Logic is the diversity of the work itself and the team I work with,” said Danielle. “It’s really amazing to have such a great group of people to bounce ideas off of… and knowing that everyone you work with is willing to jump in and help out at any time.”
Outside of the office- especially on-site during events- Danielle finds herself a part of many teams, as each client includes her as an integral part of their success. “In working so closely with my clients, I’ve formed many great relationships,” said Danielle. “So much so, that many of them treat me like part of their own staff,” she added. In all situations, Danielle said she works to gauge a client’s needs and personality, and adapt her communication and management tactics to best suit her customers.
Where in the World is Danielle?
Because of the nature of her job, Danielle travels often for work. "I consider travelling to be a huge perk of my position,” Danielle explained. She explained that work travel allows her to see places she wouldn’t ordinarily get to visit, and also gives her time to catch up with friends who are scattered throughout the country. Like most road warriors, though, Danielle does crave the comforts of home while she’s away. She especially misses her dog. And, she admits she sometimes finds it a challenge to maintain healthy habits while she’s traveling.
Doing What She Loves
The same heart that makes Danielle a successful Account Manager and member of any team has also led her to invest in her community. She has spent time developing marketing programs and events for a nonprofit organization. The experience, she said, taught her to be even better at her job. Because, working on the organizer side of events gave her an entirely new perspective. “It definitely helped me to better understand my clients’ needs and challenges,” she explained.
Danielle’s leadership and service have helped guide her through many changes at Expo Logic over these past several years. “The company has nearly doubled in size since I started,” Danielle pointed out. She added, “It’s incredible to me that, while growing so exponentially, Expo Logic has still been able to keep the same mentality of doing whatever it takes to keep our customers happy.”
“That kind of integrity across an organization,” according to Danielle, “is extremely rare.” No doubt, Danielle’s incredible skills and dedication are part of what have made Expo Logic a success these many years.
